The hugely successful Solihull Hour held another of it’s regular Tweet Ups in June at The Punchbowl in Lapworth. Another great turnout saw musician Matt Bate (@MattBateMusic) perform and a presentation too for one of the Solihull Hour founders, Trish Willets. Trish who also runs children’s clothing shop, BB Boutique (@bbbabysolihull) received some well deserved recognition for her hard work in setting up the networking group on Twitter as well as being a key member of Solihull’s business scene.
A wide range of businesses and organisations attended the Tweet Up ranging from charities like The Pinks & Blues (@thepinksnblues) and Age Uk (@AgeUkSolihull), businesses such as The Solihull Concierge (@NikkiTSC) and GX8 (@gx8media) and other networking groups such as Business Biscotti (@bbsolihull).
It provided a great opportunity for relationships built on Twitter through Solihull Hour (every Tuesday 7pm to 8pm) to be cemented in person and most importantly, an opportunity to do business. For more information on Solihull Hour type in the hashtag #solihullhour on Twitter or log on every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm.
